LIMA, 22nd April, 2025 (WAM) -- An earthquake measuring 4.8 magnitude on the Richter scale struck Peru's Alto Amazonas province on Tuesday.
The US Geological Survey (USGS) said that the earthquake occurred 52 kilometres from the city of Yurimaguas, at a depth of 10 kilometres.
There have been no reports of casualties or material damage.
